Extraction of Juice.— (1) The juice from the cashew fruit shall be extracted only under the authority of a licence in Form E-22 granted by the Excise Inspector of the Taluka in which the cashew groves are situated. (2) The application for the licence shall contain the following particulars:— (i) Name of the owner or the tenant of the cashew groves; (ii) Name of the groves and their situation; (iii) Probable quantity of the juice he expects to produce.
