Strength of liquor.— The strength of liquor shall not exceed 3525 o under proof. The manufacturer shall not store the liquor manufactured by him in his residential premises, unless under a permit granted, on application, by the Excise Inspector. The licence for manufacture of liquor covers the right to sell it 36by wholesale only on payment of duty.
