Minimum production of spirit, beer, wine or liquors.— The production or yield of all type of spirits, beer, wines, liquors as the case may be, from the raw material used in a Distillery/Brewery/Winery or manufactory licensed under the Act or the rules made thereunder shall not be less than the quantity specified by the Government by notification in the Official Gazette from time to time.
