Search warrants

Search warrants.— If any Magistrate upon information given by any Excise or Police Officer or any other person has reason to believe that an offence under this Act has been, is being or is likely to be committed, he may, after recording the information in writing signed by the informant, issue a warrant for the search of any place in which he has reason to believe that any 95[excisable article or foreign liquor] or any utensil, implement, apparatus or materials, in respect of which such offence has been, is being, or is likely to be committed, is kept or concealed.
