Destruction of liquor.— In case any quantity of liquor stored in the bonded warehouse or in case any seized and confiscated liquor lying in custody of the Excise Station is found to be unfit for human consumption on the basis of the analytical report of the Government laboratory, the same shall be destroyed in the presence of a committee to be nominated by the Government.
