Payment of overtime fee.— After completion of overtime work, the manufacturer or dealer who applies for services, shall endorse the actual hours of attendance or service on the report the officer shall submit to the Excise Inspector, concerned and shall, thereafter, pay into the Government Treasury the amount of the overtime fee due. The contingency bill for the payment of overtime allowance to the officer concerned shall be accompanied with the report and the receipt of challan of the overtime fee paid into the treasury.
