Persons debarred from holding licences without the previous sanction of the Government.— Save with the express permission in writing of the Government,— (1) No person holding or having an interest in a licence for the manufacture of Indian made foreign liquor in a Taluka may hold or possess any interest in a licence for the retail sale of country liquor in the same Taluka.78 (2) No person shall hold or have an interest in two or more shops for the wholesale or retail sale of the same kind of liquor in the same city or town or village. (3) Deleted.79
