Power of Inspector to decide whether or not animal is infective.— If any question arises under this Act whether or not an animal is an infective animal, Manual of Goa Laws (Vol. II) – 42 – Diseases of Animals Act the question shall be decided by the Veterinary Surgeon and his decision shall be final.
