Section 36

Removal of difficulties

Removal of difficulties.— If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the 45[Government] in consultation with the High Court may, by order, published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions or give such directions (not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act) as may appear 46[to the Government] to be necessary for the removal of the difficulty.
