Procedure to be followed by the Administrative Tribunal in deciding appeals.— The Administrative Tribunal in deciding appeal under the Act shall have the same powers and shall follow the same procedure provided for in this behalf in the Goa, Daman and Diu Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 (Act No. 6 of 1965), as if the appeal was filed under the said Act.
