In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the G. D. D. Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 and in partial modification of the Govt. order No. LD/251/65 dated 18-6-1965, the Lt. Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu hereby makes the following amendment to the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 1965, namely: 1) This order may be called the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) (Amendment) Order, 1968. 2) It shall come into force at once. 3) After clause 3 of the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 1965 the following proviso shall be inserted:- “Provided that nothing in this clause shall apply in respect of the audit of institutions receiving grants from Govt. directly or indirectly”.
