Power to remove difficulties

Power to remove difficulties.–– The State Government may, by order, do anything, not inconsistent with this Act, for removing any difficulty which arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act: Provided that the power under this section shall not be exercisable after the expiry of a period of two years after the commencement of this Act.
