Land required under this Act to be deemed to be needed for a public purpose under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.--Whenever it appears to the State Government that any land is required for any of the purposes of this Act, such land shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose within the meaning of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894).
