Every 9rdl made under section 5 and every rule made by the Gmtral Govwnment i-uh under this Act sh$l be bid, as soon as may be after it is made, before eaeh Howo of Fa::;",? Parliament while 'rt is in session for rt total period of thirty days which may be comprised in ,one session or in nvo or more successive sessions, and if, before the expiry of the session immediately following the session or the successiw sessions aforesaid, both Houses agree in making any modification in the order or ntle or both Howes agree that the order or rule should not be made, the order or rule shall themafb have elW only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the cme may be; so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything prwiously . done under that order M rule.
