Period of validity of a certificate of manufacture for preparation of mixtures of fertilizers, Biofertilisers or Organic fertilizer. Every certificate of manufacture granted under clause 15 for preparation of a mixture of fertilizers, Biofertiliser or Organic fertilizers shall, unless suspended or cancelled, be valid for a period of three years from the date of issue.
