Amendment of section 223.-In section 223 of the principal Act, in the proviso,- (a) for the word "Magistrate", the words "Magistrate or Court of Session" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "if he is satisfied", the words "if he or it is satisfied" shall be substituted.
