The Cinematograph Act, 1918 is hereby repealed: Provided that in relation to Part A States and Part B States the repeal shall have effect only in so far as the said Act relates to the sanctioning of cinematograph films for exhibition. 1 For such General exemptions, see Gazette of India, 1954, Pt.
