In default of claim, properly to be at disposal of State Government. If no person establishes his claim to such property within the period specified in the proclamation, it shall be at the disposal of the State Government and the property, or such pan thereof as has not already been sold under sub-section (2) of Sec. 85, may be sold by auction under the orders of the Commissioner, or the Magistrate concerned, as the case may be.
