Animal to be dealt with under 3[Act 49 of 1960] When under Sec. 74 a Police officer directs that an animal shall be sent for detention in a dispensary or any suitable place before its production before a Magistrate or under Sec. 7 a Magistrate directs that an animal shall be sent for treatment and care to an infirmary and be detained therein, the provisions of sub-sections 4[Sec. 35] of the said Act shall, so far as may be, apply.
