Penalty for failure in surrender in accordance with sub-section (3) of Sec. 3. Whoever fails without sufficient cause to surrender in accordance with sub-section (3) of Sec. 63 shal1, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to two years and shall also be liable to fine. 5[143.A.
