Penalty for contravening rules etc., made under Sec. 38. Whoever disobeys any direction lawfully made under Sec. 38 or abets the disobedience thereof shall, on conviction , be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
