Permission of disorderly conduct at places of public amusement etc. Whoever, being the keeper of any place of public amusement or entertainment, knowingly permits drunkenness or other disorderly behaviour or any gaming whatsoever, in such place, shall, on conviction be punished with a fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
