Punishment for contravention of Sections 44, 45, 46, 51 and 53 - Any establishment, which contravenes the provisions of Sections 44, 45, 46, 51 and sub-section (4) of section 53, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs.20,000/- and with additional sum of upto Rs. 1,000/- per day for each day of continued contravention after the date of the original order imposing punishment of fine. 58 S.
