Mode of payment of purchase price by tenant.— (1) On the determination of the purchase price by the Mamlatdar under section (18C, the tenant shall deposit the purchase price with the Mamlatdar the manner provided in this section. 28 The words [fail to appear or] omitted by the Goa, Daman & Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 1993. 29 The words [an amount equivalent to fifteen times the net average annual income of the land for the three years immediately preceding the tillers’ day or] omitted by the Goa, Daman & Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 1993. 30 The words [whichever is lower] omitted by the Goa, Daman & Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 1993. 31 Sub-section (2) omitted by the Goa, Daman & Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 1993.
