Determination of village boundaries.—The boundaries of villages shall be fixed, and all disputes relating thereto shall be determined by survey officers or by such other officers as may be appointed by the Government for the purpose, after holding a formal inquiry at which the village officers and after giving all persons interested, an opportunity of appearing and producing evidence.
