Protection of action taken under this Regulation

Protection of action taken under this Regulation.— (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Regulation or any rules made thereunder. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provision contained in this Regulation or any rules made thereunder or by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Regulation or any rules made thereunder.
