Section 412

The CrPC 1973 was replaced by the BNSS 2023 (in force 2024-07-01); no verified section mapping on file for Section 412 — confirm the corresponding provision (savings: Section 531, BNSS 2023).

A Sessions Judge or Magistrate making an order under Section 408, Section 409, Section 410 or Section 411 shall record his reasons for making it.
