In the application of this Order to appeals the word "defendant" shall be held to include a respondent and the word "suit" an appeal. [Explanation.- In this Order, "statutory instrument" means a rule, notification, bye-law, order, scheme or form made or specified under any enactment.]] Inserted by Act 104 of 1976, S.77 (w.e.f. 01/02/1977).
