The Central Government may [with the previous approval of [x x x x] [the House of the People],] by notification in the Official Gazette, declare that, with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification, the Committee shall be dissolved, and on the making of such declaration all funds and other property vested in the Committee shall vest in [x x x x] the Central Government and this Act shall be deemed to have been repealed.
