State Government may apply for payment of Court-fees

The 37A[State Government] shall have the right at any time to apply to the Court to make an order for the payment of Court-fees under Rule 10, 37B[Rule 11 or Rule 11A.] Substituted by the A.O. 1950, for "Provincial Government". Substituted by Act 24 of 1942, S.2, for "or Rule 11".
