In section 64 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), after clause ( e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- ''( ee) the manner in which measures for immunisation of live-stock shall be taken;,'. 48~ In section 66· of the principal Act, after sub-section ( 3) , the fol- lowing sub-section shall be insierted, namely: - \< (4) For the removal of dO'Ubts; it is hereby further declared that where any proceeding under any provision of sections 19. to 25 (both inclusive) is pending on the date of commencement of the Wjld tife (Protection) Amendment A•ct1 1Q911 any reserve forest OF 19!)1] Wild Life (Protection) Amendment 153 or a part of territorial waters comprised within a sanctuary declared under section 18 to be· a sanctuary before the date of such commence- ment shall be deemed to be a sanctuary declared under section 26A.".
