In section 60 of the principal Act, after sub-section (2), the fol- lowing sub-sectlon shall be inserted, namely:- " (3) No suit or other legal proceeding shaU lie against the Authority .,..,,f,,,.,..,,"'ri to in Chapter IV A and its <;:hairperson, mem- bers, member-secretary, officers and other employees for anything which is in good faith done or intended; to be done under this Act.''.
