In section 34 of the principal Act, after sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely: "(3) No new licences under the Arms Act, 1959 shall be granted 54 of 1959. within a radius of ten kilometres of a sanctuary without the prior concurrence of the Chief Wild Life Wardep.".
