(1)TheTigerConservation Authoritymay,withthe previoul sanctionof the CentralGovernment, appoint such ether officers and employees as II considen noccsmy fot the efficient dischll1ge of its functions under this Act: providedthattheofficers and employeesholdinaoffice under the Directorateof ProjectTiietand dealini withProjectTiger immediatelybeforethedaleofconstltution of theTiler Corulervation Authorityshallcontinue to hold office Inthe Hid Authority by the same tenure and upon the same terms and conditions of service or until the expiry ofthe ~period of six months from that date if such employee opts not to be the employee of that Authority. (1) nJ termsand conditionsofservice of the officc,. and other employees of theTigerCOhservationAuthority shall be such as may be prescribed.
