Maintenance of records.—A licensee under this Chapter shall— (a) keep records, and submit such returns of his dealings, as may be prescribed,— (i) to the Director or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf, and (ii) to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised officer; and (b) make such records available on demand for inspection by such officers.
