(1 No person shall take part in the organisation, Qusimilitary anagement or traimmng of, or be a member of Oeanisations. f persons organised or trained or equipped ; 3 bo he purpose of enabling them to be employed in usurping the function of the police or for the unauthorised use of display of force.
