In this Act and the Rules thereunder unless there terms. is something repugnant in the subject or context, the ex. pression “fish” and “private water” shall have the meanings assigned to them in section 3 of the ®Indian o Fisheries Act, 1897. ? Definitions. ‘[2-A.
