As soon as the Collector has made his award it Trust| may make shall be intimated to the Trust, which shall within thirty ery, ‘° days of the date of the announcement of the award either ~ notify its intention to make a reference to the Tribunal in the manner stated in section 19 against the amount award- ed by the Collector or place the amount awarded at his disposal.
