A District Court may, with the previous sanc- District JudE€s fion of the “[High Court] delegate to any Subordinate ro Judge in the district, the power conferred on a District Court by sections 33, *[and 341, of this Part and section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to be exercised by the Sub- ¢rdinate Judge in any specified portion of the districts, sub- ject to the control of the District Court.
