(1) Subject to the rules made under this Act a Temporary en- promoter or his duly authorized servant or agent may ab land for any time for the purpose of examining, repairing, or alter- eee accent, ing an aerial ropeway, Or of preventing any accident, enter’ upon any immovable property adjoining such aerial rope- wav, and may do all such works as may be necessary for such purposes.
