Procedure and manner of furnishing information by banking company, financial institution and intermediary.-- The Central Government may, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of 10 India, prescribe the procedure and the manner of maintaining and furnishing information under sub- section (1) of section 12 for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act.
