- S. 1(!) This Act may be called the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Bill, 2009
- S. 2In this Act, unless die context otherwise requires,— (et) •'animal*’means- (f) cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat

- S. 4(/) Every owner, or any other person, non-governmental organisation, public bodies or the village panchayat
