In section 12 of the Legal Services Act, 1987, for clause (d) the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-- "(d) a person with disability as defined in clause (i) of section 2 of the Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.".
