(1) The State Executive Committee shall be the executive body of the State Co-ordination Committee and shall be responsible for carrying out the decisions of the State Co-ordination Committee. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the State Executive committee shall also perform such other functions as may be delegated to it by the State Co-ordination Committee.
