- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the National Medical Commission Act, 2019

- S. 9(1) The Commission shall meet at least once every quarter at such time and place as may be appointed by the Chairperson

- S. 11(1) The Central Government shall constitute an advisory body to be known as the Medical Advisory Council

- S. 13(1) The Council shall meet at least twice a year at such time and place as may be decided by the Chairperson

- S. 17(1) Each Autonomous Board shall consist of a President and two whole-time Members and two part-time Members

- S. 22(1) Every Autonomous Board shall meet at least once a month at such time and place as it may appoint
