Execution of detention orders.-A detention order may be executed at any place in India in the manner provided for the execution of warrants of arrest under the 1[Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973]. 1 Substituted by MISA Amendment Act, 1975 (39 of 1975), S. 2 (w.e.f. 29-6-1975).
