Duties of guardian

Duties of guardian.—(1) The person appointed to be guardian of a lunatic's person shall have the care of his person and maintenance. (2) When a distinct guardian is appointed, the manager shall pay to the guardian such allowance as may be fixed by the District Court or the Collector, as the case may be, for the maintenance of the lunatic and such members of his family as are dependent on him for their maintenance.
