Restriction on appointment of legal heir of lunatic to be guardian of his person.—The legal heir of a lunatic shall not be appointed to be the guardian of the person of such lunatic unless the Court or the Collector as the case may be for reasons to be recorded in writing, considers that such an appointment is for the benefit of the lunatic.
