Inquisition by subordinate Court on commission issued by District Court and proceedings thereon.—(1) If the alleged lunatic resides at a distance of more than fifty miles from the place where the District Court is held to which the application is made, the said Court may issue a commission to any subordinate Court to make the inquisition, and such subordinate Court shall
