Jurisdiction in lunacy in Presidency-towns.—The courts having jurisdiction under this Chapter shall be the High Courts of Judicature at Fort William, Madras and Bombay. Comment The High Court of Madras having jurisdiction under the Lunacy Act pursuant to Sec. 37 have made rules as provided by Sec. 61 of the Act in order to carry into effect the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Statute.
